The Italy and Milan won EXPO 2015.
It is a great international event that will be use for the energies and the resources in field; it is an extraordinary opportunity to be to the center of the attentions and to retrain the metropolis. 
The theme of the Universal exposure is "to feed the planet, energies for the life." 
In this context the idea LIDA that proposes the water as a resource for a correct cultural and scientific approach, is certainly appropriate.   
Trough LIDA (International Laboratory of the water), the Foundation - recognized by the Prefecture - wants to achieve an innovative added value to Milan. 
LIDA, for her peculiaties  will be the unique Science Center in the world for her peculiarities. 
LIDA like "not museum"; the many exhibits, proposed in according with environments and runs, will play curiosity and spirit of search. 
The intention is to involve the people fully, to convince they to come back lot of time.
The civil and industrial depurator TASM in Assago, just outside Milan and beside the Forum, will be transformed - with the application of the most modern technologies - in the greatest exhibit. 
In the Technological Park there will be great opportunities for the enterprises which have in LIDA the showcase of own centers of search. 
To the wide audience of "not visitors", but protagonists… it will be "forbidden not to touch." 
An Advisory Board will guarantee the scientific character of the initiative. 
With LIDA, for sure, Milan will earn something more. 
In this sense the LIDA stages were: the preview on February 4th 2008 to the Civic Center of Assago, the official presentation on February 21th 2008 to the Pavillon de l' Eau, guests of EAU DE PARIS, the  french capital wather company, the meeting on  March 17th with the Universities in Building Isimbardi. 
Now, thanks to EXPO 2015 the project improves decidedly the performances of feasibility.
